HERE’S HOW YOU QUALIFY

1. Book your trip to Bangkok then take a flight to Koh Samui. Then simply take a fun escorted tour of our available plots in Koh Samui, we will also include a free jungle safari and tour of the Island (We have a travel guide to take you and we can send you an informational e-mail. Be sure and ask for it because its loaded with everything you need to get hotel reservations, international flights and help make your trip stress free and fun fun fun!)
2. Place a fully refundable $5,000.00(US) holding deposit on any available lot. This deposit will guarantee a booking in one of our villas (conditional on availability). Your deposit must be received by us prior to your trip to Koh Samui and may be paid by online bank transfer, paypal or creditcard (provided by Thai e-pay).
3. After touring our Koh Samui lots, if you decide not to purchase, the remainder of your $5,000.00(US) (after deducting the accommodation costs) holding deposit is refunded to you promptly at your request. Provided your personal check has cleared our bank at that time.
   
   

   If you decide to purchase a lot while you are in Koh Samui, you would sign a purchase agreement and make a 10% deposit (inclusive of the $5,000 holding deposit) non-refundable prior to returning home also the cost of the first week of your accommodation is free. You will then be given a 15 day escrow period to finalize payment arrangements.

   After signing the purchase contract, YOUR $5,000.00(US) holding deposit will be deducted from the purchase price of your lot.
   
   

   It's that simple…make your refundable holding deposit prior to visiting and touring Koh Samui and if you don't buy, you get it refunded (minus accommodation cost). If you do decide to buy, your $5,000.00(US) holding deposit will be deducted from the purchase price of your lot and your first weeks accommodation is free. You save $5,000.00(US)! plus get your first weeks accommodation free!
